About us

Legal Research Institute of Romanian Academy was established in 1954; afterwards, in 2006, it came to change its name in Legal Research Institute „Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” (by Governmental Decision no. 753 from 14th June 2006, published in Official Gazette no. 527/19th June 2006). Also, by Decision no.9767 from 18th October 2008, the National Authority for Scientific Research (NASR) attests the Institute's capacity to engage activities of research and development in legal fields.
