Promoting public “good governance” assumes the rationalization of the functioning mode of the state and its used instruments, among which are also the normative nature. The proliferation of the juridical norms – at a national level, at the European Union and also at International level – represents today a general phenomenon, which generates costs – juridical, administrative, economics – increasingly oppressive for the person and the entire society.
The remedy of this situation is to simplify its various aspects - administrative simplification, language or legislative techniques - an ancient method commonly used, but a new concept that tries to assert in the legal field theory.
Simplification of law as a legal-administrative action has undergone various national and European Union experiences. They have accredited to conduct a series of principles, set targets, and promote methods and techniques for achieving them.
Of the themes possibly approached, for guidance we mention: the concept of simplification of the law and its forms of expression; goals, techniques and tools to achieve; simplicity and complexity; codification and simplification; decentralization and simplification; simplification in various branches of law; simplification of EU law (smart regulation); simplification of international law.

The full papers will be submitted by no later than on 20 February 2015, at the same e-mail address.
The work will be written in Romanian language, up to 6-8 pages, considering the required format (DTP Instructions) included with abstract and keywords written in English.
The full papers are subject to a process of type double blind peer review conducted by scientific reviewers of scientific session in accordance with the highest international scientific standards.
The papers accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Session, will be notified to the authors, as such, until March 10, 2014.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept papers that do not fit within the thematic area of the Session, or which do not undergone the scientific evaluation exigencies, or of those that, do not reconsider and will not be improved, within a reasonable time, according to the comments and suggestions made by the Scientific Committee.
The participation fee is 200 RON, and paid until 20 March 2015. The fee includes access to the conference, conference folder, a copy of Volume Session (CD) Certificate of Participation, coffee break, lunch (buffet) and other expenses occurred in organizing this event.
Fee is paid to the account of the Institute of Legal Research, RO02TREZ70520E330500XXXX, opened at the Treasury Sector 5 Bucharest, fiscal code 4433910, marked “Scientific session fee _2015 ", followed by the name of the author. Payment can be made through Post Offices (postal).
The fee is payable for the article and not the authors.
An author can participate with one work as sole author. There are accepted works in co-authorship.
Conference registration will be confirmed, only after sending by e-mail
(aurapreda7@yahoo.ro,) the proof of tax payment, scanned and saved as a pdf file (example: Popescu.C._fee / Popescu.C_Ionescu.V_fee ), with the words "Fee session ICJ".
The participation fee does not guarantee acceptance and publication of the article and will not be refunded in case of non-acceptance of the article.
Detailed program of the conference will be available as of April 10, 2015, after its completion, depending on the scientific work to be sustained.
